I have just uploaded the 1.0 release of Music Librarian. The installation method is a little rough, probably because I haven't used Python's distutils before.

As far as the program goes: everything that is there is fully functional, at least as far as I can tell. All it does at this point is provide a working tag editor that can organize the display of your music in several ways: the idea is "do one thing and do it well". Reading email will be left for the 2.0 release :-)
